2005 - 2008 WOODS RESTORATION SERVICES
Project Manager / Sales Estimator
In February of 2007 I sold approximately 2.5 million dollars worth of Restoration Contracts in Lady Lakes FL. after a Catastrophic Storm that produced massive Tornadoes that claimed 19 lives on Feb. 2nd 2007. I also had the privilege of being a project manager and overseeing a 24 hour workforce of approximately 50 men working double shifts to to secure peoples homes and begin the rebuilding process as well as consoling the people affected by the storm.
- Scoped damaged properties, analyzed blueprints, specifications, Proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost,labor,equipment, and material estimates for numerous restoration and new construction projects simultaneously.
- Oversaw the generation of estimates used as a basis of agreement with insurance companies.
- Established, monitored and altered budgets when necessary for projects to be adhered to by production departments.
- Researched procedures and pricing for non- standard items or services
- Sold projects and ideas to property owners while exhibiting compassion for there losses. (Both residential and commercial)
- Reviewed data to determine labor material and equipment requirements and prepared itemized list.
- Submitted necessary documents and drawings to proper authorities to insure timely processing of permitting
- Pulled permits in numerous counties for restorations as well as new construction projects
